Drift IT, the guys (and girls) on the phone and Jamie onsite have been superb, faultless in their advice and service. We have migrated to Teams now and are using it as a school. There were many problems encountered by myself in understanding how Teams worked and would work for us. Drift always offer great support to our school, both on a curriculum and technical level. We have worked with Drift for a number of years now and we are more than happy with the service they provide. We have a technician visit each week although we are about to move to a more flexible plan of less face to face visits but easy remote support through a portal, which will mean minor issues can be quickly resolved. Drift have also supported us in one off projects such as installation of equipment. They are always professional, there is good and clear communication and we are very happy with their charges.
